The Consumer Rights Act states you have 30 days to request a refund for faulty goods received.
You have the right to complain to the Consumer Ombudsman if you have any concerns you have been treated unfairly.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or unfit for the purpose product from us. Ideally within 3 days, giving as much detail as is possible.
We will strive to offer you a replacement or where that is not possible, due to stock levels or products being withdrawn a full refund will be offered.
We would ask that you return the product to us, if possible in it’s original packaging. If the item is delivered by courier we reserve the right to have the item collected by the same courier. All large items are dispatched by courier and will be insured. For us to claim we will need the item to be collected from your original address.
Where there is a dispute as to the standard of the goods received or the condition in which they were received, we will always require for those goods to be returned. Your postage costs will be refunded if you need to return an item to us.
If, for whatever reason, you simply change your mind and wish to return an item to us. Please be aware we will not refund your postage costs. The amount refunded to you will be reduced by the original postage cost born by us. Your refund less our costs will be made as soon as we receive the goods in our hands and they are the same quality and in an unused condition. Respectfully, we ask you use the same packaging, as we take great care to ensure our products are well packed.
